Beautiful spot and well worth the money. They had everything you needed, the place was immaculately clean, and the company was extremely communicative and made sure we had the easiest time arriving and leaving. Will be booking again for our next trip.

The property is amazing and you don’t need to bring much, as they provide many items beyond the basics. They thought of many details such as having Bluetooth portable speakers to use, complimentary wine and snacks just to name a couple.

Stargazing from that backyard is the best thing about the house, Gaby, and you found it on night one. The pillows and towels get picked on purpose, so it is good to hear they landed, and the snack basket is our way of saying welcome before you even unpack. Next trip, bring a bottle from one of the tasting rooms just down the way and sit out back a little later than you think you should. The sky out here keeps getting better past ten. Lana, "best Airbnb we have ever stayed in" is about as good as it gets, and we are so glad the house delivered that for you. Those porch evenings in the Hill Country are hard to beat, and we want them to be completely comfortable, so we have a wasp treatment scheduled to keep that outdoor space exactly as it should be. First off, we came here specifically because the listing said “no car required”, to get to their restaurant, and winery.. it also said “steps from your front door”.. However, we found out this was not true, and is a bait and switch to get people to book. We actually had to drive out back onto the highway, and cross the river, with a 3-4 minute vehicle drive there. (It would have been a 30 minute walk fyi) Secondly, their address listed on this home is a 16 minute drive past where this home is actually located. (It takes you to some random driveway with an old gate that was closed).. this was about a 40 minute total waste of time.. we almost missed our dinner reservation because of this. * when I messaged the host, it appeared to be an Ai response given how immediate and fast their response time was.. when I told them my frustration, there was zero acknowledgment that their listing was incorrect.. Lastly, home definitely has rodents in the attic. Woke us up, not fun.

Luke, booking the house specifically because you wanted to walk to the winery and restaurant, then having to get in the car and drive across the river, is a real gap between what we promised and what you experienced. That listing language is coming down. It does not reflect how guests actually get there, and it should not have been there in the first place. The navigation issue you hit on arrival is also being corrected. Getting routed to the wrong location while racing to a dinner reservation is a bad start to any trip. The attic noise has been reported to our pest control contractor and an inspection is already scheduled.Next time, please call us ASAP so we can address this immediately.On the AI response concern: We are 24/7 and local and do not utilize AI for guest interactions.

This was an amazing stay! We are members of the Safari Winery and had our quarterly wine pickup which made this home the perfect spot to stay due to being right down the road. This home had everything for outdoor entertainment from cornhole boards to a very nice putting green. It was perfectly located close enough to town (Fredricksburg) to being just far enough away. Everything on the interior of the home was pristine. My wife and our friends will be looking to book again in September for our next wine pickup.

Such a beautiful property. Came to FBG to enjoy the local wineries and food and decides to stay close. This place was perfectly close to downtown FBG while still being away. The property is really close to the Arch Ray Resort which was awesome. On a side note the host was super nice and checked on us a few times. They were just a few min away.

Absolutely stunning. A new build with an excellent floor plan. The backyard space was on point and offered so much family fun outside. The location to our favorite winery, Safari- by far the best part of the home. Beautiful neighborhood. The pool area will be great once completed. Overall, great stay. Wished we stayed longer.

This home was stunning. My fiance and I enjoyed the backyard. We were able to enjoy the fire pit and putting greens was a plus. I enjoyed reading my book with my coffee in the morning on the patio. The rooms were clean and the kitchen had everything you would need. We would stay here again.
