Daniel, ranking the house among the best you've stayed in is about the highest bar a guest can set, and we're glad the cleaning held up to it. I have stayed at arch ray in the past and you can tell each place has its own unique vibe. I was in town for a quick work trip so only stayed for a night, but this property had everything I needed. I even enjoyed the hot tub, which was a plus. Home was nicely decorated and clean. If you stay here is not a long drive to downtown Fredericksburg but it’s also centrally located on 290 to go to wineries as well. I would just ask development to make sure and take care of empty lots next to the home as far as lawn care goes. I would definitely stay here again. I can’t wait to see the community finished.

Marisela, glad the hot tub earned its keep on a one night work trip, that's exactly what it's there for. You're right about the empty lots beside the house, the grass got ahead of us, and those parcels are now on the same mowing rotation as the occupied homes rather than being cut only when the crew has room. Since you've stayed with us before and know each place has its own feel, come back when you've got more than a night and take the wine trail slow instead of squeezing it around work. Next time you're out, stay up past ten and sit outside a while. There's almost no light spill from the road, and on a clear night the sky over the property is something else entirely. A lot of potential here! This is a beautiful, brand-new home in a secluded, quiet location with gorgeous night skies and close access to the wineries. With a few improvements, this could easily be 5 stars. Check-in: The property is operated by a larger resort, so instructions are general rather than house-specific. We had to walk around to the back to find the lockbox and physical keys. The terrain is also somewhat rugged and could be difficult for anyone with mobility limitations. Amenities: The Wi-Fi did not work at all during our stay, so no internet or TV. The hot tub also wasn't ready our first night and took nearly a day to reach the proper temperature, which was disappointing for such a major amenity. Location: The street is so new that Uber didn't recognize it, making rides home difficult. Communication: The resort was responsive, but assistance felt like general customer service rather than hands-on hosting. Overall, a great property with some easily fixable issues.

Mikey, those night skies and winery runs are exactly what this property is built for, so it means a lot that the setting delivered. The Wi-Fi being out for your whole stay is a real miss, and so is arriving to a hot tub that needed nearly a full day to come up to temperature. Both of those are fixed now: the network has been replaced and we have a pre-arrival checklist specifically for the hot tub so it is guest-ready on day one. The check-in routing and lockbox placement have been rewritten with house-specific steps rather than the general resort instructions you received. That one was straightforward to correct and should have been clearer from the start. Come back when the vines are running and the skies are clear. That combination is hard to beat.
