A lot of potential here! This is a beautiful, brand-new home in a secluded, quiet location with gorgeous night skies and close access to the wineries. With a few improvements, this could easily be 5 stars. Check-in: The property is operated by a larger resort, so instructions are general rather than house-specific. We had to walk around to the back to find the lockbox and physical keys. The terrain is also somewhat rugged and could be difficult for anyone with mobility limitations. Amenities: The Wi-Fi did not work at all during our stay, so no internet or TV. The hot tub also wasn't ready our first night and took nearly a day to reach the proper temperature, which was disappointing for such a major amenity. Location: The street is so new that Uber didn't recognize it, making rides home difficult. Communication: The resort was responsive, but assistance felt like general customer service rather than hands-on hosting. Overall, a great property with some easily fixable issues.
